We collect photographs that you select when using our app, either through your camera or from your device's camera roll (if you have granted permission for the app to access your camera or camera roll). Additionally, any images retrieved through the app’s internet search functionality will be processed.

We only process the specific photos you choose to modify using the app. We do not collect or access your entire photo library, even if you grant us access to it.

Data Security

Your privacy is a priority. We store each selected photograph securely using an encryption key that is stored locally on your device. This ensures that only your device can access and view the photos you submit for editing.

Metadata

While we do not specifically request or require any metadata (such as geotags, camera settings, etc.) from the photos you provide, please be aware that metadata may be automatically attached to your photographs by your device or the app. We take steps to delete any metadata associated with the photos you provide when using the app.

Temporary Storage

Photographs may be cached in the cloud for a limited period, ranging from 24 to 48 hours, after your last edit. This allows you to return to the photo and make additional changes if desired. After this period, any cached photos will be automatically deleted. Let me know if you'd like any additional modifications!

What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We use the photos you provide exclusively to offer the features and functionality of the app. Your photos are processed solely for the purpose of creating the desired effects (such as applying photo enhancements or effects).

We do not use your photos or facial features for any other purpose, including face recognition or biometric data processing. Our app does not include any face recognition technologies or other means of identifying or authenticating users based on their facial features.

Your photos will only be stored for the time necessary to complete the editing process. Once the editing session is finished, your data is either stored temporarily on our servers for no more than 1 hour or cached locally on your device.

You can delete the photos from your device at any time by manually removing them from your file system or by deleting the app itself. Once the session ends, your photos and data are no longer retained unless cached locally for a brief period to allow for additional edits.

◆ Face Data and Biometric Information ◆

Our app respects user privacy and does not collect, store, or share any biometric data, including face data. Any facial recognition or face-related processing within the app is performed entirely on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers or third parties.

Collection: The app does not collect or retain any face data. Any face-related features, such as AR filters or facial enhancements, work in real time on the user's device.

Usage: Any facial data processed is used solely to enable on-device functionalities, such as previewing effects, and is never stored or shared.

Sharing: No face data is transmitted to third parties, external databases, or cloud services.

Retention: Since no face data is collected, there is no retention or storage of such data.
